NEEDS

Despite these challenges, LDC strives to meet all its operational expenses and continue providing the best care for our children.

LDC relies on the fees paid by parents, but not all are able to pay the full amount. While some parents pay the full fees, others contribute partially or less than half. Additionally, the centre receives contributions from interested and generous contributors. Despite these challenges, LDC strives to meet all its operational expenses and continue providing the best care for our children.

The prime and foremost immediate current need is to increase the salary incentives and allowances for our dedicated 24/7 team family members. We consider them a big family at LDC home, as they work tirelessly around the clock. This team family members handles everything from teaching, training, feeding to ensuring the children’s overall care round the clock, hygiene and well-being—whether it’s assisting with toileting, washing or bathing. Their commitment is very essential to maintaining a safe, loving environment for all our children.
