Not only have these 3 months been some of the best of my life as this country has welcomed us with open arms but your support has made this experience all the more exceptional. Every minute here has been different and exciting and the amount of love here at the LDC is unbelievable! You know that everyone who walks into your beautiful yellow house is left moved and smiling, to have the privilege to work here for 3 months was fantastic! All the little extras made such a difference though – your love and attention when we were ill, the momo party and lovely sleep-over, the puja at Banglamukhi motorbike rides with Rajesh, our beautiful kurtas, our excursion to Swayambhu – the list is endless!
The amount of effort and patience you put in to the children’s welfare and happiness is unbelievable and I so so look forward to being part of the massive and happy LDC community for years to come! I love you all and can’t wait to your in September, even if just for a few fun hours.
